Leanafy, the warehouse management system built specifically for third-party logistics operators, today announced a successful presence at the 2026 IWLA Convention and Expo, held March 29 through 31 at La Cantera Resort and Spa in San Antonio, Texas.
Leanafy founder and CEO Vikrant Neb represented the company at the event, engaging with hundreds of 3PL owners, operations leaders, and industry partners over the course of three days. The Leanafy booth drew consistent traffic throughout the expo, with attendees stopping to speak with Neb about the operational challenges facing warehouse-based 3PLs today.

A Platform Built From the Inside Out
Leanafy was founded on a simple premise: existing warehouse management systems were built by software developers, not operators. Neb spent years working inside 3PL operations before building Leanafy, a distinction that resonated strongly with attendees at this year’s convention.
Unlike legacy systems designed for operations managers and IT teams, Leanafy was engineered from the ground up for the workers on the warehouse floor, the people whose adoption determines whether any technology investment succeeds or fails.
Execution Under Pressure Draws Attention at the Booth
Neb’s recently published book, Execution Under Pressure: The Hidden Reasons Why 3PLs Stop Growing and How to Fix Them, was a focal point of conversations at the Leanafy booth. Copies were distributed to operators, executives, and industry leaders throughout the event.
The book draws on Neb’s firsthand experience inside 3PL operations to identify the systemic patterns that cause growing warehousing companies to stall, and provides a practical framework for breaking through them. Several attendees provided positive feedback on the book directly at the convention.
